Ordering
How do I place an order with you?
You can place orders directly on our website uk.elysianluxury-living.com . Please do not transfer funds to any accounts outside of our website. All enquiries for product purchase will be redirected to the product link on our website.
Can I get bulk orders for my business?
Absolutely. Please contact us at ukstoreadmin@elysianluxury-living.com to discuss your business needs and requirements, and the team will be happy to assist you.
My item is out of stock. What are my options?
Our website is equipped with the Notify me option when an item is out of stock. If you have asked to be notified, once the product is back in stock, you will receive an email. Alternatively, you can order a similar product from our wide product range in the meantime.
How long does it take for my item to be delivered?
If a product is ordered before midday (12 noon), we aim to dispatch by the following working day, this excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
We deliver within 7 days.

What payment methods are accepted?
Payment methods accepted are Paypal, bank transfer and card payments via stripe
How do you source your products?
Our products are sourced from across the globe. We ensure that our products are ethical, sustainable and environmentally friendly.
How can I dispose of used auto essence sticks?
The essence sticks can be disposed of in your household bin or you can send them back to us for recycling. Please send the sticks to our warehouse:

How long does the auto essence stick fragrances last for?
Each fragrance stick can last approximately for 4-6 weeks, this is of course dependent on usage and ventilation within the car. We have refill sticks available for each of our signature Ulysses and Decadent Aire sets, depending on your casing.
Account Management
Do I need to create an account to purchase an item with you?
No, you do not need to create an account to purchase an item. Please always include the full delivery address and a contact number, so that we can contact you if there is an issue with your order.
Having an account however, makes the process easier for you. You can register for an account on our website at any time. You will need your email address to do this. You can save your contact preferences, delivery addresses etc. for subsequent orders.
Can I save multiple addresses on my account?
Yes, you can save multiple address on your account, this is so that you can have products delivered to an alternative address eg for friends or family.
How do I change my address?
You can amend your delivery address from your account. You can also choose a preferred address which will be your default address if you have multiple addresses saved.
