Washing Instructions
Temperature:
Machine or hand wash your towels at *]40°C (104°F) or below.
Avoid washing at higher temperatures, which can stress fibres and reduce softness over time.
Detergent:
Use a mild, liquid or powder detergent —free of optical brighteners or bleach.
Fabric softeners and conditioners should be avoided, as they coat fibres and reduce absorbency.
Preparation:
Wash new towels before first use to remove any finishing treatments and awaken their natural absorbency.
Wash towels separately from garments, especially items with zippers or hooks that may snag loops.
Sorting:
Wash light and dark colours separately to avoid colour transfer.
Separate bath mats from towels when possible, as their higher density requires more space to clean and rinse properly.
Lint Note:
Slight linting is normal for the first few washes, especially with high-GSM towels. Use a gentle cycle to reduce friction.
Bath Mats - Due to its density, bath mats may take longer to dry. Wash separately from lighter towels. Avoid harsh detergents and frequent high heat which can flatten the pile over time.
Drying
Best Option – Air Dry:
For longevity, air dry towels flat or on a line in a shaded, ventilated area.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause fading or fibre fatigue.
Tumble Dry (Optional):
Tumble dry on low heat to restore volume and plushness.
Remove from the dryer while slightly damp to prevent stiffness or shrinkage.
Bath Mats - Tumble dry on low heat only, and always ensure the mat is completely dry before returning it to your bathroom floor to avoid trapping moisture.
Pro Tip:
Add dryer balls to your drying cycle to help fluff fibres and reduce drying time naturally.

Storing Your Towels
Store towels in a dry, breathable space, preferably folded and stacked neatly.
Allow full drying before folding to prevent musty odours or mildew.
For extra freshness, store with a lavender sachet or a natural linen spray.
Extra Care Instructions
Maintaining Softness & Absorbency
Avoid overloading your washing machine or dryer. Towels need space to move freely to stay soft and clean.
Shake towels out between wash and dry cycles to reduce creasing and speed up drying time.
Every few washes, run towels through a rinse-only cycle with white vinegar (½ cup) to help strip any detergent build-up and maintain softness.

Orders placed on weekends or during bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
